Most Free For All Pages will reject Repeated URLS.
Here's how to get around that:

Append your URL with "?xxxx" where xxxx is a unique number each time.
Like this: http://www.dog.com/index.htm?2819
This suffix won't effect people getting to your site, but it will avoid having your link rejected due to the URL already appearing on the page from a previous posting.

If your URL already HAS a suffix "?xxxx" that is critical to calling the proper page, consider creating a new page that points to the page you want to promote and promoting the NEW page using the unique number suffix at the end of its URL.
